Analyst - Madrid
Cecilia holds a BA on International Relations from the Complutense University in Madrid and a MA on Conflict, Security and Development from the University of Sussex. She speaks fluent English and French and basic Italian. She briefly worked with International Alert in London and collaborated for a few months with an agency in the field of public affairs in Madrid. She prepared a concours for the Senior Corps of State Civil Administrators for almost five years, and she is now happily recycling that knowledge in PI.
