Carlos holds a degree in Political and Administration Sciences from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, with an educational experience abroad at the University of Turku (Finland) within the Erasmus + program. He has also had several work experiences in the Public Affairs and Communication sector, both in consulting firms and in a company integrated in the energy sector. Carlos speaks Spanish, Catalan and English and has an intermediate level of French.
