Mariano holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Law and in Business Administration from the University of Murcia (Spain) and a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the Spanish Center of Studies for Economy and Trade ICEX-CECO. Before joining Political Intelligence, Mariano worked in Brussels on energy and climate policy for an electric utility and for a renewable energy trade association. Prior to this, Mariano worked at the Trade Commission of the Embassy of Spain in Los Angeles (USA) advising companies on Technology, Energy and Smart Cities topics. Spanish native speaker, he is also fluent in English and has a good command of French.
