María holds a BA in International Relations and Politics from Royal Holloway, University of London. Before joining Politcal Intelligence, she did an internship in the public affairs sector, where she focused on european funds, and worked as a research assistant in Aid Development at the Elcano Royal Institute. She also worked at the heatquarters of the Bertelsmann Foundation in Germany and at the risk consultancy Control Risks in Berlin and Frankfurt. A spanish native speaker, María speaks English and Catalan fluently and has an intermediate knowledge of German.
