Louis studied a dual degree in Political Science and Public Administration at the Autonomous University of Madrid and Sciences Po Bordeaux. In Bordeaux, after obtaining a master’s degree in European Affairs, I worked as a collaborator in the Direction of International Relations of Bordeaux Métropole, in the development of relations with twinned European cities and the dimension of European promotion in the territory. I then completed an internship at the UN-Habitat Office in Spain, assisting the Spanish partners of the Office in the promotion of the New Urban Agenda and the localisation of the 2030 Agenda. I have dual Spanish-French nationality and I am bilingual. I also speak English fluently.
