Colás holds a dual bachelor in Political Science and Public Management and Journalism by the Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid. During his Erasmus programme, he studied one year in Sciences Po (Reims, France). He also has Law training. Professionally, he has worked for the Spanish National Markets and Competition Commission and for the Princess of Asturias Foundation. He speaks Spanish, English and French.
