María Rosa joined Political Intelligence after working in the Madrid-based Law Firm, Cremades & Sánchez Pintado, and in the Brussels office of the Spanish Law Firm Uría & Menéndez. Maria Rosa obtained her Law Degree in Madrid’s CEU Luis Vives (1990-1995), which she combined with a Diploma in European Community Law at the Centro de Estudios Europeos in the University of Alcalá de Henares. She completed her education in European studies with an LL.M in European Community Law in the University of Leiden (The Netherlands) where she gained in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications and IT regulatory issues, the area where she has developed her professional activity since 1997. María Rosa has broad experience in managing lobbying campaigns and associations especially in the IT, financial, and environmental sectors. For example, she has advised and lobbied for the Spanish Internet Service Providers Association (AEPSI) and for the Initiative for Software Choice, managed and led by CompTIA (Computing Technology Industry Association) amongst others. As frequent teacher and lecturer, she has taught at the UNAV’s Master in Corporate and Political Communications, and the Postgraduate Program of Public Affairs in Madrid’s prestigious University ICADE.  María Rosa is also founding member and President of the Spanish PA Professionals Association, the Asociación de Profesionales de las Relaciones Institucionales (APRI) that is taking a leading role in the promotion of the lobbying activity in Spain.
