Ben graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Politics and International Relations. Following his graduation he worked within the Human Resources department of a large further education college before pursuing a career in public affairs. He gained valuable public affairs and research experience in the Local Government and Planning Unit of a public affairs consultancy and working for the charity Breast Cancer Campaign in the policy and public affairs department. During the lead up to the 2010 General Election he worked with the Labour Party, helping to manage their volunteer operation. At Political Intelligence Ben's main areas of focus are the utilities, health and technology sectors.
