Nancy Lynch graduated in Geography from the University of Glasgow and is based in Edinburgh. Nancy spent her early career working in administration in the Utilities sector, during which time she was an active Trade Union representative at both local and National level.

For the past few years she been working with the National Autistic Society involved in the recruitment, training and retention of Befriending Volunteers.
