Javier has over seven years of experience in Public Affairs and Strategic Consulting. He holds a BA in International Studies from Middlebury College (Vermont) and spent a year at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris in the context of his undergraduate studies. Javier also obtained a Masters degree in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges. After working in the New York and London offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Javier pursued a traineeship at the Secretariat General of the European Commission in Brussels, where he focused on inter-institutional relations. Javier has also interned in the French National Assembly in Paris as an assistant to a Member of Parliament.
